This page is maintained by the MANDJIFY team to set expectations between you and MANDJIFY ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Account responsibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
2. User-generated content and ownership
- You retain ownership of recipes and content you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant MANDJIFY a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute, promote, and make the content available through the platform.
- You confirm you own the rights to the content you upload or have permission to share it.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other laws.
- MANDJIFY does not verify, test, approve, or guarantee user-generated recipes.
3. Recipe accuracy and safety disclaimer
MANDJIFY is a platform where users share recipes and cooking content. Recipes are created by users and are not professionally tested, verified, or approved by MANDJIFY.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring recipes, ingredients, instructions, nutritional information, allergen information, and cooking methods are accurate and safe.
Users should consider allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, food safety practices, age suitability, choking risks, and individual health circumstances before preparing or consuming any recipe.
MANDJIFY does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or professional food safety advice.
For baby food, allergy-related recipes, medical diets, or special dietary requirements, users should seek advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
MANDJIFY is not responsible for injury, illness, allergic reactions, choking incidents, food contamination, or any other harm resulting from following recipes or using content provided by users.

4. Paid locked recipes and creator earnings
- Creator revenue share is based on the user's current Creator Level shown inside MANDJIFY.
- Revenue percentages may change as the creator programme develops.
- The applicable percentage shown in the platform at the time of earning applies.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- MANDJIFY is not responsible for payment delays, banking issues, payment processor failures, chargebacks, or issues caused by third parties.
- Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or obligations related to their earnings.
5. Digital purchases and refunds
Recipe unlocks are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Due to immediate access, purchases are generally final except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Users should contact MANDJIFY for exceptional circumstances. MANDJIFY may investigate claims involving misleading content, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.

6. User disputes
MANDJIFY provides the platform but is not responsible for disputes between recipe creators and buyers. Any disagreement about recipe quality, accuracy, suitability, or results should first be addressed between the buyer and creator.
7. Prohibited content
Users must not upload:
- Illegal content.
- Dangerous instructions.
- Harmful or unsafe cooking advice.
- Hate speech or harassment.
- Copyrighted material they do not own.
- Fraudulent or misleading information.
- Content that violates another person's rights.
8. Account suspension and termination
MANDJIFY may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where users:
- Break these Terms.
- Abuse the platform.
- Commit fraud.
- Upload harmful or illegal content.
- Attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, payments, or rewards.
9. AI-generated content
Creators remain responsible for any recipe or content created with assistance from artificial intelligence tools. AI-assisted content must be reviewed for accuracy, safety, originality, and compliance before publishing.
10. Platform availability
MANDJIFY is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

11. Third-party services
MANDJIFY may use third-party services including payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other technology partners.

12. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANDJIFY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the platform or user-generated content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, MANDJIFY's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user to MANDJIFY during the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MANDJIFY, its owners, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Their uploaded content.
- Their use of the platform.
- Their breach of these Terms.
- Their violation of another person's rights.
14. Copyright complaints
If a user believes content infringes their rights, they should contact MANDJIFY with relevant details. MANDJIFY may remove content while investigating complaints.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
